Mark Moshayedi serves as the CEO of MSM Global Ventures, LLC, a privately held real estate investment and development company in Newport Beach, California. Mark Moshayedi relies on nearly 20 years of administrative, managerial, and sales experience to manage his business.

Prior to earning his MBA from Pepperdine University, Mark Moshayedi had worked for Texas Instruments Inc. as an electrical engineer and began a job with Fujitsu Micro, where he functioned as an application engineer. Combined with his formal postgraduate education, this technical experience enabled him to transition into sales management with Sony Semiconductor and Westar Rep, where he was responsible for selling Samsung products. This was followed by several years at the data management company sTec, Inc., which he had co-founded before establishing MSM Global Ventures.

In addition to his work in property investment, Mr. Moshayedi serves as the director of BookingPal, Inc., a cloud-based travel company and booking system for vacation rental properties. An avid traveler himself, he is especially fond of visiting Spain, Italy, and France.
